Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my treatments come in.
Stephen Jackson is an ITEC accredited and insured massage therapist practising since January 2019. I am also a member of Think Tree, an International Professional Association for complementary therapists.
Whether relaxing the body and mind by working the soft tissues, or supporting prehab/rehab through muscle tension release with firm pressure, I am a highly experienced therapist available to you.
My Background
I am passionate and well-being and fitness, with over ten years’ experience of weight training and practicing yoga.
I have personal experience of the benefits of massage and I would be delighted to share them with you with my bespoke treatments.
I follow a Continued Development Plan (CPD) to learn new techniques and skills that I can incorporate into my treatments. Courses include: Table Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, Advanced Massage Skills, Mindfulness, Theragun and Muscle Energy Techniques.
